The Buyer is advised to have this puppy examined by a vet within 3 Business days after which the seller is not responsible for the puppy. Failure to do so makes the contract null and void. If the Buyer’s vet finds the puppy to have a congenital defect, a full refund will be issued to the Buyer upon the return of the puppy and all documents. The findings of the vet must be in writing with the vet’s letter head on it. All vet expenses are to be paid by the Buyer. The return of puppy must ne at Buyer’s expense. This contract does not cover any minor illness or parasites, internal or external of any kind as they can be treated and cured. These are common in all puppies and dogs and are not a valid reason for returning the puppy. It also does not cover Patella’s (Knees). It is very common for toy breeds to have knee problems. We have no way of knowing if your puppy will or will not have bad knees. Toy dogs jump a lot which can be a cause of knee problems. If this is a major concern we suggest you get a bigger breed of dogs. The Seller is not responsible for any medical expenses, any allergies to puppy, disagreement of family, or any other then stated. It is not the Seller’s fault if your landlord does not approve or if the puppy cannot get along with kids or other pets. The Seller is not responsible for any damages physical or emotional to the Buyer and or any other individuals. The Seller has rights to refuse to sell a puppy to anyone for any reason. If a deposit has been placed and the Seller decides that Buyer is not right for our puppy, deposit will be returned. We do GUARANTEE all vital organs for ONE YEAR from the date you received your puppy. If a congenital disorder is found by a licensed veterinarian and the Seller is notified within FIVE business days (the vets findings must be in writing), the Seller will provide a REPLACEMENT PUPPY of equal or greater value. This guarantee does not cover Hypoglycemia, Coccidian, kennel cough, phnumonia,allergies, parasites, gisrdia,e tc, anything that is beyond Seller;s control once puppy leves sellers presmises.
Replacement puppy can be from any sire and dam, any sex or color. The choice is up to the Buyer. In the event that Seller has no puppies at the time, the Buyer has right to first pick from any future litter. The Seller is not responsible for the shipping cost of replacement puppy. Only if the Seller is no longer going to have any future litter available will a full refund be given.
SHIPPING CLAUSE: If due to extenuating circumstances puppy cannot be shipped on time because of environmental conditions the Seller will contact the Buyer giving them the new time and date of shipping. At no time will the Seller put any puppy at risk of illness or death to makes a shipping date when the Seller feels temperatures are too high or too low. If puppy cannot be shipped to Buyer within 14 days of original ship date, the Seller will refund to the Buyer. It is up to the Buyer to socialize, housebreaking, and teach this puppy proper habits. We give the puppy its start; the rest will be up to you. A puppy is what you make it. The Seller cannot guarantee the fertility, size or color of this puppy.
